I wish I could stack up exercise. Today I did aerobics for 45 minutes and then shoveled snow for 3 hours. That's gotta count for more than being very sore.
Betty had me over for her famous homemade lasagna...sometimes you just gotta do it!! It was yummy. Kelly made wilted spinach to go with, I had never had it before, it was so good, healthy and zero fat if you just use a bit of broth. 6/7 this week. Mary
