Week One results

  6. i'm on track this week. i don't have a problem getting myself to work out, it's the whole diet thing i have issues with. if i could i would live off of bbq, pizza and pasta.

  10. Molly, i'm just trying to eat better and see what happens when I actually do diet and exercise together.

    Andrew: I hate the P90X version of yoga. It's just painful.

  11. Milbraths and we are entering the Nonpariel weight loss competition and weigh in Saturday. We had to choose a team name and nobody thought of anything so at the last minute I just wrote down "20 minute minimum" so that's our team name. We won't win the competition but we get a free month at the Y so I won't renew until after that month expires. Wait, did I say all this before?
